• How has your community felt about the surfacing update? Are there any stories you've heard from guests that you can share? Our community is thrilled about the surfacing update. They have expressed their excitement in their comments on the reel we posted.

• What interested you most about Life Floor and prompted your team to specify our products? The non-slip resistant floor and cushioning

• In the reel, you mentioned a previous product not meeting your facility's standards. Could you talk specifically about what the main frustrations were? Were there any challenges that Life Floor helped solve? Kids were slipping and getting injured, we had a brushed concrete previously.

• I see Headwater Construction Group led the installation. Do you have any feedback from working with them? They were fantastic, very responsive and quick.

• Overall, could you please provide a specific primary quote we could highlight in our materials? “Life Floor has been wonderful for our community! Kids have jumped with excitement and no falls have taken place. We are thrilled to have this available to our residents.”
