Club Alamora

Villawood Properties is one of Australia’s largest land and property developers. Alamora housing development is their eighth in Wyndham and fifth in Tarneit, Victoria. Central to Alamora is a residents’ club suitably named Club Alamora. This vibrant community hub features swimming pools, a gymnasium, a parents’ retreat, functional spaces, a cafe, and a colorful outdoor water play area where families with young children can safely play in the warmer months.

Every amenity is designed to enhance residents' overall health, happiness, and lifestyle. From children developing social skills through collaborative play to adults engaging with the thoughtfully designed spaces available, each area is designed to foster deeply positive community engagement.

Villawood chose Life Floor for the splash pad surface, and our in-house Design Studio prepared a colorful wave-pattern design in six vibrant colors that reinforces the development’s brand. Custom curves encourage movement throughout the amenity, while Life Floor’s tiles provide a safer, more comfortable surface for kids to play on. Children can jump from band to band of color in a hopping-style game, or they can follow the curves as pathways through the spray fixtures. The splash pad is also ADA accessible with no-trip transitions between the Life Floor surface and the surrounding pathways.
