Life Floor is available in five standard geometric shapes that can be configured in a variety of ways for unique facility designs.
Our standard shape offerings are listed below.
Thematic Inlays can be designed within our standard squares and hexagons. Or, our in-house Studio can collaborate to create custom shapes to add specific theming to a facility.
Squares
Squares are often arranged in randomized color fields, bands of color, or bold geometric patterns. Inlays can be designed within our square shape to add additional visual interest.
They have the potential to create both beautiful and affordable design solutions.
Triangles
Triangles are the most effective choice for creating gradient effects and adding bold accents around facilities.
Triangles are best suited for mimicking coastlines. They’re also an excellent choice when adding accents of color around a facility. For a more geometric approach, mirrored triangles can be arranged to create an even larger pattern.
Rectangles
Rectangles are commonly arranged along a grid or as long planks created by aligning tiles of the same color in a row.
The rotation of rectangles can be varied to achieve a unique dynamic design.
Hexagons
Hexagons add modern design elements and colorful geometric patterning wherever they’re installed.
This shape adds visual complexity to any space, without the need for additional design work or custom cutting.
Inlays can be designed within our hexagon shape to add additional visual interest.
PLANKS
Inspired by the look of classic boardwalks, ship decks, and nature trails, planks bring natural warmth and visual flow to projects.
Whether designing a luxury resort boardwalk, a cruise ship deck, or a pirate-themed splash pad, planks offer versatile .
Curves
Curves create organic designs for a facility and can provide subtle pathways throughout an installation. Curves can be custom cut or chosen from any of our pre-set curve-based patterns.
Inlays
Inlays are graphic shapes that fit within our standard square tiles. Customers often include these features to add visual interest, enhance theming, and increase play value.
The Marine inlay set has been perfect for sea-inspired facilities, which is ideal for aquatic applications. Inlay options are versatile and can be themed to any motif. They can also be customized to feature specific branding or logo designs.
