Yas Waterworld
As one of the standout projects in our portfolio, Yas Waterworld’s 2024 renovation featured over 13,000 sq ft of Life Floor surfacing across both the splash-pad and water-park zones.
At Yas Waterworld, surfacing became a storytelling element in its own right. Life Floor’s design weaves together a striking “blue river” pattern with sandy-shore tones and bright pops of color, creating a playful, narrative environment that draws guests in from the moment they step foot on the pad.
Inlays from the Pond and Outdoor Exploration collections turn the surface into a “search-and-find” adventure, complete with a built-in hopscotch board for added fun.
With collaboration from WhiteWater and WTI, this project provides an incredible destination for families to play in the hot Middle Eastern climate.
Carnival’s Celebration Key
Celebration Key features the innovative Blue Mar Basins system designed by Martin Aquatic for the first time. This incredible project spans over 6,000 sq ft of Life Floor surfacing across three distinct aquatic zones: a splash pad, zero-depth entry pool, and underwater shelves.
At Carnival’s Celebration Key, Life Floor brought the fun of the brand to life from the ground up. Vibrant blues and neon accents mirror Carnival’s iconic palette and signal distinct surface games throughout the area for families to engage in a wide variety of ways.
Playful maze pathways, hopscotch zones, and custom inlays invite guests to explore, discover, and engage with the space in unexpected ways. Even beneath the surface, Life Floor performs, covering Blue Mar Basins’ underwater shelves with the same comfort, color, and slip resistance found above. More than a surface, it’s an immersive design element that ties safety, play, and storytelling into one unforgettable guest experience.

Bavarian Blast Waterpark
Located at the Bavarian Inn Lodge, this project reflects a thoughtful design inflection of a family-friendly waterpark with German-inspired charm. Phase 1 installed nearly 1,916 sq ft of Life Floor in October 2024.
At Bavarian Blast Waterpark, every detail was designed to delight, from crisp blues to playful accents inspired by Nordic and Bavarian aesthetics. Life Floor’s surfacing perfectly complements the towering WhiteWater play structure above, creating a seamless visual connection between the ground and the attractions overhead.
The result is a cohesive, story-driven environment that feels both elevated and inviting. Following the success of the first phase, additional areas like the shallow pool and wave pool are already slated for future Life Floor installations. For this beloved regional destination, the investment underscores a clear commitment to guest safety, comfort, and design excellence, proving that performance and play truly go hand in hand.
