Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells chose a custom Life Floor installation to add to the theming of their outdoor waterpark amenity, Bearfoot Island. The larger-than-life inlays of bear paw prints encourage imaginative play for guests and reinforce the overall branding of the resort. They create an interactive, narrative environment where even the littlest of guests can be found jumping, crawling, and running from feature to feature.
This installation at Wilderness Resort experiences intense freeze/thaw cycles and continues to perform well outdoors uncovered since it was installed in May 2013. To withstand large fluctuations in temperature, Life Floor products are engineered to naturally expand with heat and contract with cold. We typically recommend installing in cooler weather which results in tighter joints when weather becomes warmer during summer seasons.
